We now have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join our People and Culture team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

As the L&D Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ISPT’s learning experiences to support leadership and core capabilities.

This pivotal role will have you curating and developing learning pathways by designing learning assets to support employees in developing knowledge and skills. This will involve:

·       Supporting deliveries in line with the learning strategy and development framework.

·       Design core learning programs using various methods including facilitated & practical workshops, online, video and webinars.

·       Management of the LMS, including all related learning reporting.

·       Proactively identifying learning opportunities to enhance processes and user experience.

About you

You are passionate about learning and creative and thrive in an environment where you can build and deliver learning experiences. You have experience developing an enterprise skills marketplace and rolling it out to an organisation. You have completed tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and you have demonstrated experience in designing and developing learning programs.  Lastly, you are comfortable working to tight deadlines but also have the flexibility to work in a changing environment.
