About the opportunity

Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for performing financial and management accounting and analysis for the Core Fund.

This role will have you:

·       Managing all month end reporting in line with timelines. You will produce monthly financials with analysis on financial performance and commentary.

·       Producing Annual Financial Statements Reporting on Performance packs and Management, audit and compliance and board reporting.

·       Provide insights by way of financial planning, budgeting, forecasts ad business partnering.

 

About you

You have completed tertiary qualifications and professional certificate- CA or CPA (Essential) and have experience working in property accounting or an audit role.

 

You bring your ability to work to deadlines and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. You are analytical and have the confidence to challenge the status quo to look for business improvements.
