As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a Corporate Accountant to join our team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

As the Corporate Accountant you will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accurate reporting as well as preparing financial statements, analysing financial data, and managing budgets. 

Working in a highly collaborative team your role will have you:

·       Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

·       Prepare financial statements and reports.

·       Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.

·       Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.

·       Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

·       Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

·       Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

 About you

With a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, you bring demonstrated experience within a corporate accounting role ideally in a complex environment. You have sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis with strong analytical and problem solving skills.  

Having completed your CPA/ CA is desirable, however not essential.
