As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a Concierge to join our team in Sydney.

About the opportunity

The Concierge plays a key role in the day-to-day experience for employees, visitors, partners, and investors for the Sydney office. This role will have you greet, manage, and support visitors. 

This is a high profile, energetic front desk role that specialises in creating a friendly, welcoming & professional office environment. In addition to this, the role will see you.

 

·       Implementing and supporting workplace experience initiatives, managing supplies including kitchen stock and stationery.

·       Arranging onboarding of new starters which includes office induction, security access and locker listings.

·       Delivering exceptional hospitality services and support for meetings including room set up, coffee and catering requirements as required. 

About you

You understand the importance of experience. You thrive in an environment where the highest of standard is expected and delivered. You bring demonstrated experience in a concierge role whether in a corporate environment or high-end hospitality environment. You have demonstrated experience managing and leading overall workplace experience as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Outside of the above, having initiative is vital - you are organised, professional and flexible.
