As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

Starting in January you will be working across our Investment & Development team and working closely with the Executive Assistant. This position will give you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and focus on delivering exceptional assistance to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, enabling the team to perform efficiently.

 

To do this you will:

 

·       Support the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and general correspondence. 

·       Assist with travel arrangements across the team.

·       Follow up with internal and external stakeholders and partners.  

·       Assist in data collection, supporting the team to produce timely and accurate reports.

 

About you

 

To be successful, you will be adaptable and proactive and have experience managing competing priorities within a dynamic environment. Proven ability to work independently, a commitment to service and delivery, demonstrated high levels of initiative and professionalism in exercising privacy and confidentiality is also essential.

The ability to competently navigate the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with high-level communication and interpersonal skills, will make you the ideal candidate.
