They are recognised for building modern energy solutions that integrate and optimise the total boiler, burner, control, stack system in the pursuit of energy efficiency, reliability and ROI, whilst minimising emissions.

 

Their primary services include consulting, design, build/customisation, installation, and maintenance of steam and hot water solutions to enable Australian enterprise to stay globally competitive and more energy efficient. The job

O’Brien Boilers Services has achieved a level of success, scale, and a deep market presence that necessitates the need for a National Sales Manager come onboard to further develop the sales function and ensure that existing clients are front of mind, whilst developing new markets, opportunities and solutions.

This position has a full 360-degree National Sales Management remit and will be based in either the Victorian or Brisbane office, depending on the person. Broadening the leadership team across other States is a key strategic initiative.

About you

First and foremost, you must be passionate about your career and have genuine experience in all facets of high value solution sales. You will need to have demonstrated experience in new business development, account management, pipeline conversion and be able to lead and growing a small but effective team, that will be responsible for driving your strategic sales initiatives and goals.

As the National Sales Manager, you will report to, and work closely with the Executive Team advising them of market opportunities, trends and insights. You will also need to work closely with your senior colleagues in the PMO, Engineering, Pre-sales and Maintenance.

Your success will be measured on yours and your teams’ sales, leading by example, managing in-bound leads and converting an existing pipeline of opportunity across interrelated solutions, services and geographies. Bid management experience is essential.

This position requires a deep solutions sales and management background in capital equipment, preferably engineering related. You will be required to travel intra and interstate, predominantly along the eastern seaboard and Perth. Travel is not considered to be extensive.
