The job

Continued growth and a deep market presence require O’Brien Boiler Services to appoint a Project and Maintenance Coordinator to coordinate the scheduling of engineers and technicians for maintenance, compliance and project work.

This will require working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to assist in seamless delivery of minor projects, service/maintenance and breakdown work. 

It will involve undertaking duties that include:

  • Service agreement management
  • Reporting
  • Timesheets and invoice management
  • Procurement and stock control
  • Ensuring OH&S standards

About you

One of the more important aspects of this position will be your ability to form positive working relationships with the Operations, Services and Sales staff and other key stakeholders. In addition to having experience in a similar position you will need to be able to form productive working relationships, influence outcomes through great communication, apply project management principals, have exceptional time management and planning skills, and have a sense of urgency.

You will report to the Service Manager and your capability and delivery will ensure that clients’ needs are met, and staff are engaged and prepared. You’ll need to be excited by working in an agile, privately held business, where the Directors value their team. In return you will have an opportunity to grow with the business.
