The job

O’Brien Boilers Services NSW office in Arndell Park has an effective hands-on team that comprises of service technicians, sales and engineering. The business is growing and there is a need for an Office Manager to ensure that the day-to-day operations run efficiently and seamlessly. The position will report to the CFO/Operations Manager in Melbourne and include duties such as:

  • Planning and scheduling of work requests
  • Co-ordination of technicians/engineers
  • General office procurement
  • Ensuring general compliance
  • Reception management

In addition, this person will be go-to person for all thing’s office related and will be required work closely with their local colleagues and with the National finance team.

About you

The Sydney Office Manager is a new position designed to ensure that the ongoing growth of the business has the support, system, processes and compliance in place, to ensure that it continues.

You will need to have experience managing an office across all office duties. It will involve some invoicing and timesheet management, so the ability to use accounting systems and having general financial and computer acumen is necessary.

The office Manager will also be required to manage inbound calls, provide first level client inquiry management and co-ordinate work schedules.
