About the role

The purpose of this position is to provide systems, process and administration support for the national Sales and Leasing team. Duties will include:

  • Expand the existing property database to include all nationwide properties in a central software solution, including;
    • Implement policies and oversee the database to ensure it provides the national Property Department and other Departments (Finance, Personnel, etc) with accurate, real time property data.
    • Implement refinements to add value the use of the database, to allow reporting on key performance indicators of the property portfolio and advanced search functions to assist the Property Team enhance and extract value from the portfolio e.g. identification of underutilised properties.
    • Centralise document management of all properties, whether owned, leased or occupied under various agreements.
    • Collate, evaluate, refine, communicate and train all Sales and Leasing and other staff in robust policies and procedures that support the efficient operation of the Sales and Leasing property function.
    • Ensure property and financial administration is appropriately managed, including payment of rates, land tax, utilities, insurance and compliance and regulatory matters.
    • Support the Sales and Leasing team by managing all property service connections and disconnections.

 

  • Create and implement the appropriate best of breed administration systems across the organisation to meet internal mandated requirements.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have extensive senior administration and systems implementation experience in the property industry. You will have proven analytical skills and experience in documenting, implementing and refining policies and procedures in property or similar industries.

Your strong systems, communication and stakeholder management skills will be critical in defining your success.
