 About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to provide operational HR services to a key function within this iconic national organisation. You will be supporting business leaders in the development of tailored HR solutions to support the needs of the business. You will also deliver people initiatives and programs which originate from the Centre of Excellence.

Working very closely with the Senior HR Manager for the business unit, your role will be to work collaboratively with the HR team and have the capability to deliver on the full suite of HR services to your assigned portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Partner with the leadership teams and be the key HR representative within your assigned portfolio
  • Coordinate specific national HR projects or initiatives and collaborate with national HRBP colleagues to implement these changes
  • Provide value-add HR services to the leadership team
  • Support the continual development of people management capability within your stakeholder group – with a focus on supporting team transformations from regional to national remits
  • Provide HR advice and leadership to managers in the resolution of matters relating to performance management, grievances, investigations, role changes and remuneration reviews
  • Proactively participate in forums and projects to ensure the provision of fit for purpose HR solutions are delivered to meet project and/or division/business needs
  • Support the transition of HR services to one national framework by ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, processes, tools and systems

  • A proven HR professional who can deliver on all aspects of a HR generalist portfolio

  • Demonstrated experience of working within a changing environment
  • You are extremely resilient and are able to deal with ambiguity which will ensure your success within this role
