We have several new roles created as part of our changes. The People Partner roles are an integral part of our new model. This role would report to the Head of People, supporting them in designing and executing on strategic People Plans for our business. The focus of the role will be on enabling business leaders to effectively manage and support their people. The role will partner with leaders and take accountability for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives to the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience and capability in managing multiple stakeholders and effectively partnering to influence decision-making
  • Experience partnering with leaders to provide fit for purpose HR advice on the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience in supporting a variety of HR disciplines including leadership capability, operational HR delivery, talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and retention etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end workplace relations case management
