Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator

Our client is a leading Australian retailer, with more than 5000 staff across the country.

They are currently searching for a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join their internal recruitment team.


Role Specifics:
The Recruitment Coordinator role is responsible for:

·       Supporting the internal recruitment team

·       Taking point on the continued implementation and improvement of the ATS

·       Project manage a variety of recruitment related projects

·       Supporting line managers through the recruitment approvals and offers process

·       Placing adverts across all recruitment platforms

·       Managing and scheduling interviews

·       Drafting and preparing recruitment related documentation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

·       Ability to set priorities and manager workflow autonomously for a high-volume workload

·       Support recruitment related reporting requirements

·       Seek to identify opportunities for process and service improvement, taking initiative and driving the required changes



Your Background:
To be successful in this role you will be extremely proactive, intuitive to the needs of the recruitment team and proactively engaged with the business, detail focused and highly organized. Any experience with workday would be highly beneficial.


Strong systems skills and aptitude, exceptional administration skills including excel. An innate ability to troubleshoot and assess the root cause of issues will be essential.
