With our new internal Recruitment service now more than six months old, we are hiring a key role to support our Reecetech (IT) business, reporting to the Recruitment Manager, and part of the recently formed People Experience team.

 Role Specifics:
The Recruitment Specialist role is responsible for the delivery of recruitment support to Reecetech which naturally will take a long term approach in building talent pools, taking our EVP to the market, creating exciting and unique attraction strategies to capture the best talent.  

 Managing the end to end recruitment process, you will provide exceptional consulting and advisory support to the business and hiring managers, sharing your deep knowledge and capabilities in IT recruitment. 

 You will provide rich feedback and constructive criticism to participants in the process and be prepared to challenge thinking and decisions. 

 The Recruitment Specialist will also drive consistency in the use of policy, process and systems utilisation and ensure compliance with internal practices. It is expected that the Recruitment Specialist will also seek to identify opportunities for process and service improvement, taking initiative and driving the required changes. 

Your Background:
Tertiary qualified, you are an experienced Internal Recruiter and genuinely excited and driven by the opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast paced organisation that is on the path towards exciting development and growth.

You will be able to form strong working relationships quickly and use your attention to detail, customer service and sense of urgency to inspire trust and confidence in your actions and capabilities.
