About the role

The Office of the Chief Property Officer (CPO) is responsible for providing leadership and stewardship of all property functions for the organisation throughout Australia.  As the Executive Assistant you will provide high level, proactive and confidential executive and administrative support to the CPO, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Office.

Responsibilities will include diary, email, travel and expense management, as well as preparing a range of reports (including Board reports), documents, presentations and minutes. You will establish and maintain effective administrative processes and ensure sound document control and record management. You will represent the Office of the CPO with internal and external stakeholders and manage a range of senior executive relationships with professionalism and discretion.  

About You

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or Business Management
  • Significant experience working at a Board or Executive level within large, complex organisations
  • Demonstrated experience in property or a property related organisation.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong writing skills, including editing / proof reading, minute taking and report writing
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organisation and with all external stakeholders
  • High level of maturity, integrity and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently, and to manage priorities and conflicting issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
