 About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior executives across the ANZ business to progress the culture agenda, designing and delivering a best in class culture strategy and practice. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the program of work to assess the current state, put the strategy in place, and lead and implement the next phase in our cultural journey
  • Use your expertise to select the most appropriate methodology and tools to support Bupa’s culture work
  • Lead the delivery of insights from our people data (various sources) relating to culture to inform our business leaders, and use this data to move to our future state 

  • Engage across the business to define the culture we have and the culture we need; the role defines the shifts required to close the gap; and create the interventions to support our leaders through key transitions
  • Develop a cultural roadmap that outlines the priority activities across the employee lifecycle that we need to influence to most impact cultural change
  • Create and deliver on a clear plan to unite, engage and align our people, systems and ways of working to a future state culture that is unmistakably Bupa 

  • Champion, support and challenge leaders and other colleagues on shaping the culture in their areas
  • Lead and partner with these teams to ensure that culture efforts are aligned and deliver a sustainable, measurable and fit for purpose cultural outcomes

About You

You hold tertiary qualifications in HR, OD or business disciplines. To be successful in this role you will have deep expertise in culture. You will have demonstrable experience of assessing and developing the appropriate methodology, building the right strategy and then implementing that cultural strategy across a complex, matrixed organisation. You will have excellent influencing skills, working with and engaging with the executive team, enabling them to lead the cultural journey. 

You have a strong understanding of cultural drivers and enjoy coaching those around you to effectively lead cultural change. You are outcomes focused, working at pace to move the business through the cultural change program which you have designed and delivered through your deep expertise.
