This is true OD specialist role focusing on the future workforce design. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and delivers practical, impactful programs and initiatives, opportunities to “test and learn” and longer term roadmaps
  • Undertake research through analysis of global and local research, internal and external data etc enabling data-driven insights and evidence based development, delivery and evaluation of OD deliverables and programs 

  • Contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of approaches, tools and support materials to facilitate key OD priorities e.g. workforce design, inclusion and capability and maintain a fit for purpose knowledge base of all relevant tools and data
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisation design and inclusion and coach others in the use of agreed methodologies, tools and approaches to support using a consistent methodology
  • Choose appropriate metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of OD projects and reports findings to key stakeholders. Uses information to adjust techniques for future engagements of similar nature and scope
  • Creates well-articulated reports and engaging presentations that support the engagement and influence of key senor stakeholders in support of critical OD initiatives and priorities 


 About You

You hold tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology or Management.  To be successful in this role you will have deep and broad expertise in in OD from a large matrixed organisation. You will have strong analytical skills including the ability to collect and summarise relevant data. Proven facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to design and see things through from design to implementation.
