Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists (Full or Part Time)

TQSolutions is Australia’s leading Talent Acquisition augmentation services provider and we partner with a wide range of corporate clients adding a layer of capacity or capability to their talent related projects. 

One of our core service offering is to provide support to in-house Talent Acquisition teams that are going through periods of change, transformation or are simply needing some short-term assistance.

We collaboratively build solutions or extend services that solve client needs through the deployment of our Senior Talent Acquisition or HR Specialists. Our people and teams are mostly embedded into client operations although some service delivery is managed remotely and therefore highly flexibly.

Most of our projects are short term in nature, typically 1-3 month, although many do extend over longer periods including some that outsource Talent activities on an on-going basis. Our Consultants benefit from a wide variety of client projects and industries often working for several organisations over the course of a year.

Our Consultants can also choose to work part time, full time, onsite or offsite and we will build up a portfolio of work that suits the individual’s needs – flexibility is at our core and has been since we launched in 2008. The vast majority of our workforce are return to work parents who have a desire to balance work around family commitments.

We are currently experiencing significant demand for augmentation services in Melbourne and Sydney and are looking to expand our current part time and full time contract workforce to support two specific client projects commencing in October. 

We are looking for people that meet the following requirements: 

·         Highly experienced Talent Acquisition professionals who have worked in-house or for RPO organisations. We are looking for end to end recruiters who can source talent through non-traditional channels and can operate at Executive and Professional levels. 

·         Willing to work on a contract or permanent part time basis. These are not full time permanent jobs. Flexibility of hours and location is possible for some of our opportunities, but many will require an on-site presence at our client sites. 

·         Desire for flexibility and variety in the work you do and the ability to learn fast. Moving between clients and projects requires an adaptive mindset and the ability to learn new disciplines and client requirements quickly. 

·         Technology friendly and savvy – you need strong tech skills and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with minimal hand-holding. TQSolutions typically use our client Recruitment systems and our Consultants have to hit the ground running with little time for intensive systems training. 

·         Previous experience recruiting across a variety of role types and levels. It would be highly beneficial if you have recruited in professional services, property, financial services or technology for the projects about to come online.
