Our Service Engineers also referred to as Support Engineers form an agile part of our engineering service lifecycle and our unique  ‘Partnership Program’. The work is varied and suits people that enjoy partnering with clients, being technical experts and love to travel.

Our Service Engineers ensure that our bulk handling industrial and packaging machinery solutions across Australia and abroad achieve seamless operational efficiency and productivity for our clients.  They work as part of a small agile team of specialist engineers; dealing with pneumatic conveying systems, bulk bag fillers, vacuum lifting equipment, belt & roller conveyors, robotic and conventional palletisers, bagging machines, wrapping & hooding machines, wing compressors and the corresponding control systems.

 

As a Service Engineer you will:

 

  • Assist in commissioning activities of new equipment on site.
  • Perform services on packaging equipment, pneumatic conveyors and bulk handling equipment and service reports as directed by the National Services Manager.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiative in service practices and standards.

We require a two Service Engineers who can engage and consult with clients, recognise opportunity to improve processes and systems, and ensure that our clients receive the best service and advice. To do this you will need to have:

 

  • A trade qualification, associate diploma in engineering or suitable electrical/electronic/control automation qualification will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fault finding knowledge on PLC software such as Allen Bradley, Siemens or others.
  • Good troubleshooting skills on electrics, electronics and control systems; and mechanical skills will be a definite advantage.
  • Genuine experience in a relevant service industry.

 

Experience with packaging machinery and/or bulk handling equipment and a solid knowledge of pneumatics would be fantastic, but we will train you if you don’t come from this specific field.
