A little bit about the opportunity, based in Melbourne the experience has been designed to give you exposure to different property elements within ISPT.  You will be supported by property specialists to guide and develop you to set you up for success in the early stages of your property career. During your 18 month program you will rotate through two divisions within our organisation working on various projects and developing skills across financial modeling, analysis, stakeholder engagement and management plus valuable on the job learning.

About you

You live and breathe property, you bring energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to learn and develop. You are a collaborator, you understand the importance of teaming, but you can also work autonomously. 

You are a recent Graduate having completed your tertiary studies in Property, real estate, finance, or a related field. Due to the learning nature of the program, we would like you to have completed this in the last two years. 

Finally, you are adaptable, flexible and bring strong interpersonal skills as building and maintaining relationships is key in our world!
