We now have an exciting opportunity for a Valuations Analyst to join our Valuations team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

The Valuations Analyst is responsible for a range of valuation activities across a range of property types. This role will have you;

·       Working alongside the valuations team to produce and manage quarterly valuations.

·       Assist with the “Extractor” analysis of the quarterly valuations (draft and final) for approval of the Senior Manager, Valuations.

·       Working with Data to identify risk, market trends and opportunities across portfolios, this includes valuation modelling and data sets.

·       Working with our Asset Managers to Development Managers to ensure valuations are well rounds, reliable and online

About you

  • Certified Property Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute or RICS registered valuer
  • Exposure to institutional grade real estate markets in one or more capital cities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite including advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to develop, analyse and manage financial models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
